State Police said a Franklin County man had 120 pounds of cannabis during a traffic stop on the Northway.
William M. Buckshot, 58, of Hogansburg, was stopped on May 2 at around 1:50 p.m. in Malta for a traffic violation. Police found the cannabis and more than a pound of fentanyl pills in his vehicle, police said.
Buckshot was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of cannabis. He was arraigned in Malta Town Court and sent without bail to Saratoga County Jail.
