Authorities closed Mad Flavors Smoke Shop in Henrietta after seizing over 1,000 cannabis products and $44,000 in cash, following complaints and undercover buys, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
Three men face charges, including one also accused of possessing an illegal firearm. The unlicensed store was located near a high school and allegedly sold high-potency THC edibles without age checks. Investigators say such illegal operations risk public safety and undercut compliant dispensaries.
