VANCOUVER, British Columbia — Rubicon Organics Inc. (ROMJF), a leading producer of premium and certified organic cannabis products, has announced the acquisition of a 47,500 sq. ft. indoor cultivation facility in Hope, British Columbia. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in Rubicon’s growth strategy, aimed at expanding their production capacity by 40%.

The newly acquired facility is designed to enhance Rubicon Organics’ existing capabilities by adding an additional 4,500 kgs to its annual production, bringing the total capacity to 15,500 kgs of premium cannabis. This expansion is expected to position the company for further product innovation and international expansion while meeting the increasing demand for high-quality cannabis products.

Rubicon plans to invest approximately $3 million in startup operating costs during 2025, with the aim of planting all cultivation rooms by the end of the year. Full production capacity at the Hope Facility is targeted for the end of 2026, with revenue contribution anticipated in the first half of 2026.
