Three people have been arrested after police found a massive cannabis factory on the Oxfordshire border.
The incident took place yesterday morning (Wednesday, May 21) as a man was arrested in Stow on the Wold.
This was on suspicion of handling stolen goods with the suspect being apprehended by Thames Valley Police’s Rural Crime Taskforce (TVP).
As part of this investigation, which started last month, other officers from the task force and the West Oxfordshire Neighbourhood team executed three warrants in the Chipping Norton and Moreton-in-Marsh areas.

No further stolen items were found but officers did locate a substantial cannabis factory at an address in Morton-in-Marsh.
Two more men were arrested from within this location and TVP say they will be interviewed and dealt with colleagues from Gloucestershire Constabulary.
A spokesperson for TVP added: “Their ‘guard dog’ was also seized for his own welfare as the suspects may not be out of custody for some time.
“The dog is now in police kennels and will be rehomed in due course.”
